  • Every 2nd Sunday, a 90-minute class that offers restorative yoga while being massaged. This is a unique and relaxing experience that combines the benefits of restorative yoga with the therapeutic touch of massage therapy and aromatherapy. The class is designed to help individuals release tension and stress from the body and mind, while also promoting deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

Movement

  • In-Studio OR Zoom

    This class is designed to provide scoliosis-specific exercises that best support your spine by incorporating breath, elongation and strength. The goal is to help find body awareness and confidence to make positive choices for ourselves in the “real-world”

  • Item description

1 -on- 1 Sessions

  • In this first Scoliosis Movement appointment we will do a full assessment, discuss goals, go over x-rays and begin with a few exercises. Creating a plan that will be designed for you and your body. What movement is best for you, how to take care of your scoliosis at home, massage and so much more. This session is required before taking regular scheduled Scolio-Pilates classes.

  • Scolio-Pilates offers scoliosis-specific exercises customized for your body. These 1-on-1 sessions are designed with your goals in mind to reduce pain and create body awareness.

    *A New Scoliosis Client Assessment required before booking a 1-on-1.

  • Physical Therapy specific to your body and curve.

    Individual or Small groups

    Yoga - Developing a practice based to your body’s needs.

    Pilates - Finding control in your movements to build strength and awareness.

    Blissed Yoga - Restorative yoga with massage.
