3 steps to get started

Step 1: Movement

Begin with a New Client Scoliosis Assessment. In the first scoliosis appointment we will do a full assessment, discuss goals, go over x-rays and discuss a treatment plan. This session is required before scheduling any 1-on-1 sessions. 

What to expect on your first visit.  This is a 90 minute appointment where we discuss treatment history, medical conditions, goals, postural analysis and testing. Please wear fitted clothes like yoga pants / shorts and a sports bra. Photos will be taken to track progression.

Step 2: Massage

Pair your movement routine with massage for optimal results. Traditional treatments are limited to medical observation and intervention. Christina’s holistic approach offers you options to feel more comfortable and confident in your body.

Step 3: Nutritional Therapy

Nutritional therapy is a holistic approach that practitioners use to support the body’s innate intelligence. NTPs (Nutritional Therapy Practitioner) assess clients through a bio individual scope where they take a deep dive to understand imbalances that are typically caused by scoliosis. Nutrient-dense whole foods along with lifestyle shifts can have powerful benefits that profoundly enhance overall wellness and vitality. Jenni, our in house NTP, will teach you how to create more balance in your day to day nutrition habits.
