Nutritional Therapy

Nutritional therapy is a holistic approach that practitioners use to support the body’s innate intelligence. NTP’s (Nutritional Therapeutic Practitioner) assess clients through a bio individual scope where they take a deep dive to understand imbalances that are causing individuals to experience unwanted symptoms that have become a burden to everyday living. NTP’s believe nutrient-dense whole foods along with lifestyle shifts can have powerful benefits that profoundly enhance overall wellness and vitality. Their mission is to give clients the health results they are seeking by honoring their personal goals and by providing nutritional knowledge that considers all aspects of the individual- mind, body, and soul.

Meet Jenni - NTP

Jenni is a Nutritional Therapeutic Practitioner who is passionate about helping individuals live life to their fullest. It was her dream at a young age to find a path where she could touch the lives of those who felt burdened, either emotionally or physically. Her passion increased dramatically in 2013 when her first unborn child was diagnosed with an untreatable abdominal defect. Shortly after in 2017 with 2 little kids, she was diagnosed with metastatic thyroid cancer. During that time which she found to be the most challenging but rewarding part of her life she discovered the power of holistic nutritional therapy. She uses her past as a tool to meet individuals where they are at, and walks alongside them to help achieve their health goals to give them the freedom they seek. Jenni believes in taking a bio individual holistic approach that considers all factors of persons life including diet, sleep, movement, and environment. In her free time, she enjoys being with her husband, Hayden, and her 2 children, Sterling and Ellawyn. As a family, they enjoy outdoor adventures, being with family and friends, and just chilling at home where they have quality bonding time during meals and movie nights.
