Make a Change Today

Empower the curve within

At Scoliosis Wellness, we specialize in helping clients with scoliosis find freedom and joy with their curvy spines.

Using a holistic approach, we offer non-invasive treatments to help you feel your best!

Let’s get started

Movement

Begin with a New Client Scoliosis Assessment. In the first scoliosis appointment we will do a full assessment, discuss goals, go over x-rays and discuss a treatment plan. This session is required before scheduling any 1-on-1 Scolio-Pilates® sessions.

What to expect on your first visit.  This is a 60 minute appointment where we discuss treatment history, medical conditions, goals, postural analysis and testing. Please wear fitted clothes like yoga pants / shorts and a sports bra. Photos will be taken to track progression.

Massage

Pair your movement routine with massage for optimal results. Traditional treatments are limited to medical observation and intervention. Massage therapy can be highly beneficial for scoliosis by helping to reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and support greater balance in the body. Because scoliosis often creates areas of tightness and weakness, massage works to release overactive muscles while encouraging relaxation and mobility. This can lead to decreased discomfort, improved posture awareness, and better support for movement practices like Scolio-Pilates®, allowing clients to move more freely and comfortably.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes deep relaxation, balance, and the body’s natural ability to heal. When integrated into scoliosis care alongside massage and sScolio-Pilates®, Reiki offers a supportive layer of healing by helping to release physical and emotional tension that can be held within the body. This gentle, non-invasive approach can ease discomfort, calm the nervous system, and improve body awareness—allowing clients to get more out of their movement practice and experience greater ease, alignment, and confidence in their daily lives.

Our physical therapy services are grounded in a deep understanding of scoliosis, along with experience treating a wide range of conditions. Working with a physical therapist is essential for scoliosis care because it provides a personalized, evidence-based approach to improving alignment, strength, and movement patterns. A Physical Therapist can identify imbalances specific to your curve, guide safe and effective exercises, and help prevent compensation or further discomfort. This individualized support not only enhances daily function but also complements massage, Reiki, and Scolio-Pilates® for a more well-rounded, sustainable approach to care.
